If your story is approved to be added to the TRILL website, you will be sent an email to
let you know your photo is ready to be sent as an ecard. Please be sure to read and agree
to the terms and conditions before sending your stories or photos.

ABOUT YOUR PHOTOS (Terms and Conditions)
Thank you for your interest in TRILL Photos and we look forward to hearing from you.
However, while we would be delighted to receive your photo, it is
important that the photo you send is of a good enough quality to post
on the Internet. After all, if your pet is model material they deserve
a good photo to do them justice!
We recommend your photo is sharp, in focus and well scanned (at least
72dpi). However, you should be aware that, if your photo does not
translate well, we do reserve the right not to publish it on our web
site without any further correspondence.
You should also know that, by submitting your photograph(s), you agree
to assign all intellectual, moral and property rights to Mars Birdcare
Australia Pty. Ltd. and that they can be used for any promotional,
advertising or any other purpose whatsoever.
It is also important that you own any photos you send us (including
their usage rights). Mars Birdcare Australia will not be held
responsible for any breach of copyright resulting from any photos you
send.
Furthermore, Mars Birdcare Australia is not responsible for
any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by web site
users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or
utilised in this activity.
